Our Customer Service Agent (CSA) and the porter will take you to the Baggage Reclaim Belt immediately after immigration. Just identify your baggage and our porter will transfer it to the trolley and push it for you. After baggage reclaim belts just glide through the exit gate and our porter will put your baggage in the cab or if someone has come to pick you up, our CSA will coordinate with the waiting party / driver regarding your movement and escort you till karb side with your baggage.
